Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or book an appointment with Aurea Wellness Spa, operated by IJOHNSXXPRESS LLC, 10525 Park Blvd, Seminole, FL 33772.

Appointments

We operate by appointment only, with limited availability. Appointments are booked and managed through Square. Booking an appointment is a request for a specific time; your appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so that the following guest is not affected.

Deposits

A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your visit.

Cancellations and no-shows

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit. Missed appointments forfeit the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service so that the following guest is not affected. The full service price still applies.

Health and suitability

Please tell us before your appointment about any allergies, scalp or skin sensitivities, recent treatments, medical conditions or medications that could affect your treatment. We may adapt or decline a treatment where we believe it is not appropriate for you.

Our treatments are for relaxation and cosmetic purposes. They are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are current at the time of publication and may change. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies. Enhancements added during your visit are charged in addition.

Gift cards

Gift cards are issued through Square and are subject to Square’s terms as well as ours. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
