Yes. Cleansing is part of the ritual, so your hair is washed, rinsed and then dried and styled softly before you leave. You will not walk out with wet hair.

No. Come exactly as you are — cleansing your scalp and hair is part of the experience.

Nothing at all. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in without rushing, and let us know anything you would like us to keep in mind. That is the whole preparation.

Yes. A head spa focuses on the scalp, neck and shoulders, so your makeup stays untouched. If you are booking a facial as well, we will gently remove it as part of the cleanse.

It is a wellness and relaxation experience, not a medical treatment. What guests notice most is the release of everyday tension: a thoroughly cleansed scalp, slower breathing and a genuinely quiet hour. If you have a specific scalp or health concern, we would encourage you to speak with a healthcare professional.

Our rituals run from 30 to 120 minutes. The 30-minute Head Spa is a focused reset, the 60-minute Japanese Head Spa is our most requested, and the 90 and 120-minute rituals add hot towels, hot stone and aromatherapy steam.

Usually, yes. Tell us when you book and we will adjust the products and the pressure to keep everything comfortable. If you have a scalp condition or any concern about it, please check with a healthcare professional first.

Many guests come every four to six weeks. There is no rule — some book around stressful stretches, others simply when they need an hour to themselves.

Double cleansing, gentle exfoliation, relaxing steam, serums customised to your skin, a facial massage, a hydrating collagen mask and finishing skincare protection. It runs 45 minutes and is designed for skin that feels dull, dehydrated or stressed.

Every four to six weeks suits most people. If you are unsure, tell us about your skin when you arrive and we will give you an honest recommendation.

Yes. The Couples Head Spa Experience is a shared 1 hour 45 minute ritual with side-by-side head spa, aromatherapy steam and hot towels. You can book it online like any other service — it is a favourite for birthdays and anniversaries.

We work by appointment only, with limited availability. It is what keeps the space calm and unhurried. You can book online at any time, or call or text us.

A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your visit. The deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows.

Yes. The First Visit Mental Reset Experience is a 60-minute introduction to Aurea at $99 instead of the regular $129. It includes a personalised scalp consultation, the deep cleansing scalp ritual, warm steam therapy, a signature scalp massage and a facial massage. It is available once, on your first visit.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit, and missed appointments forfeit it. If you arrive late we may need to shorten your service so that the next guest is not affected.

Yes. Free parking is available on-site for Aurea Wellness Spa guests.
