Scalp care starts with an assessment rather than an assumption. What happens next — cleansing, targeted professional products, steam, a mask, a leave-in — is chosen for what we find, and it changes between visits because scalps change.

None of this is medical. We do not diagnose and we do not treat conditions. If something needs a doctor, we will say so. What we offer is the head spa ritual with proper care built into it.

What is the difference between scalp care and a head spa?
A head spa is the ritual — warm water, unhurried hands, a quiet room. Scalp care adds an assessment and a protocol chosen for what your scalp is doing that day: cleansing, buildup removal, targeted products. The ritual is still part of it; it is not the whole of it.
Which one should I book first?
If you are not sure, start with the Aurea Scalp Reset. It includes the assessment, and we will tell you honestly whether a single visit is enough or whether a program would serve you better.
Do I need a program?
Most people do not. Programs exist for ongoing concerns — persistent flaking, buildup that returns quickly, a scalp that feels reactive — where several visits in sequence work better than one. We would rather you booked a single visit first.
